Good Morning,

When we have issues in my organisation, we call a brainstorming session, outlined the issues and try to solve them. I love them, I get to interact with my team and we have great FUN. I also get to see their personalities, body languages, how confident they are in expressing their views.Honesty and sincerity are key elements here. It also helps me communicate with the team as we don't get to meet quiet often due to my busy schedules, time's differences and my charitable activities. We have responded to a tender last week for a major American company that have operation in Africa, we will be using this method to come up with new ideas, we have 40 days, so plenty of time.
